The latest endeavor in a mile-long list of accomplishments, Margery Perlmutter created Urban Factors Consultancy to put her amassed expertise to work helping clients maximize the potential of their NYC properties. In the early stages of it’s conception, Margery asked me to design a website for Urban Factors that also incorporated her public policy projects + priorities under the same umbrella.
Together we weighed her goals, and crafted a site that met the early and projected needs of her burgeoning business, and was inviting to the full breadth of her diverse target audience from architects to investors. I was honored to be invited to this collaboration.
